DGC undertake an extensive due diligence process. Our in-house Analyst team work alongside specialists relevant to each particular market sector, as well as commissioning local and international legal advice.

If we are measuring the viability of a specific market sector such as Commercial Property or Agriculture, we will work alongside experts in their respective fields, effectively bridging any gap in our in-house knowledge to ensure we deliver complete and secure solutions to our clients.

An Analysts' role is to undertake effective research to provide ideas, information and opportunities to the management team.

Paul heads our Research and analysis team at DGC and Paul's role can cover a broad range of activities and disciplines, utilising his broad understanding of financial information, such as:

Paul's expertise lies in interpreting that data and the implications for investment decisions.

Typical activities can include:

Analysing financial information relating to the projects currently being researched.

Conducting meetings with the management of the partners and vendors on-site to discuss the investment and any issues arising from the previous analysis.

Keeping up to date with market developments and all that can affect the markets, e.g. movements in the economies of relevant countries, political events, and even the weather;

monitoring the financial news using specialist media sources.

Producing summaries of their research for The Management Team and Clients, and meeting with them regularly to discuss new discoveries and forward strategy.
