David Garner began his career in working in the UK mortgage industry advising and servicing buy-to-let property investors and securing finance for mid to large scale commercial property acquisitions. During this period David started his career as an investor, investing in the UK residential and commercial property markets, building a portfolio consisting of sixteen individual holdings across residential, retail and industrial space.

In 2001 David moved from the UK to Spain after securing a position with Obelisk International as a Real Estate Investment Consultant, advising international investors on a range of overseas real estate acquisitions covering residential, commercial and touristic property in a range of international locations. David has also since bought and sold property holdings in eleven countries covering Europe, Asia, Middle East, Africa and the Americas.

In 2005 David changed his focus to alternative investments, working with large property developers and mid-level investors in the field of structured credit enhancement (pre-construction syndication), and becoming heavily involved in sourcing and promoting portfolios of asset-backed mortgage notes, providing small-scale investors with institutional opportunities in a low risk environment.

David's experience since has covered Agri-Commodities, Forestry Investment, Carbon Offset, Renewable Energy, Biofuel, Property Syndicates and Property Acquisition Funds having succesfully invested alongside his clients.

David is passionate about Client care and retention, adopting the priciples of TCF, and has been working with some clients since the beggining of his career providing long term investment strategies across a range of market sectors.

Wendy's focus is on providing the most comfortable experience possible for clients of DGC Investment Consultants.
