David Garner - Managing Partner
Management Team
David Garner began his career in working in UK property finance, advising and servicing buy-to-let property investors and securing finance for mid to large scale commercial property acquisitions. During this period, David started his career as an investor, investing in the UK residential and commercial property markets, building a mid-size portfolio of individual holdings across residential, retail, agricultural, and industrial space.
Since founding DGC, David has built wide ranging relationships with industry deal makers and Clients alike, and his role is to ensure that DGC align only with respected Partners, continue to source innovative and profitable transaction for the business and Clients, and build sound, firm relationships with every client.

Wendy Brittain - Client Services Director
Wendy has enjoyed a diverse career in service support roles covering a broad spectrum of blue chip companies from the National Health Service (NHS), Zurich Financial Services to Reed Recrutiment.
Wendy's focus is on providing the most comfortable experience possible for clients of DGC. As an investor herself, Wendy has a well-rounded understanding of the needs, hopes, fears and desires of our client base and as such, is well positioned to guide clients through the transaction process and be on hand to provide the key relevant information that is often required before, during and after making an investment for your future.

Jonathan Barnett BSc (Hon), A.R.C.S. MSc, Dip. Eng - Associate Partner
Having devoted 18 years to the teaching profession, Jonathan decided to retrain in the financial services industry as a mortgage consultant where he has run his own successful business for the past 10 years and has acquired a wealth of experience in all aspects of obtaining finance in both the residential and buy-to-let markets.
Jonathan’s interest in the alternative property investment arena grew from the disenchantment of his own client base with the buy-to-let property market. Too many individuals believed that acquiring property to let was a licence to print money without considering the potential risks that a downturn in the market could present. Even now, the lack of cheap finance, coupled with the large deposits, the high set-up and exit fees, and fluctuating property prices, still haunt this sector.
Jonathan has observed a growing interest in demand for property based investment products that offer less risk, lower volatility and more stability than offered previously by the traditional buy-to-let investment route. He has invested heavily within the alternative investment market and as such empathises only too well with both the fears and aspirations of the everyday person in the street, who is concerned primarily with the issues regarding where to invest his hard-earned cash.
